What you need

  • 6-8 small potatoes or fingerling potatoes
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed or chopped, if you choose
  • Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme, chives, basil…

Let's go cooking

PREPARATION

Wash the potatoes. Cut them in half without peeling them.

Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and with olive oil.  Salt, pepper and add the garlic, if you choose to add garlic and sprinkle with the herbs of your choice. Be sure that that potatoes are well combined with the oil and herbs.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 90 minutes.  Baste the potatoes with the olive oil in the pan.
