Potatoes Normandie style

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 kg of apples
  • 2 old-fashioned Camemberts, not too firm
  • 1 pot of fresh cream
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 3 cl of calvados

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes. Put them in a dish.

  2. Peel the apples and cut them into strips.

  3. In a frying pan, brown them in the calvados. Add the cinnamon, mix in the crème fraîche while heating over low heat. Add the Camembert cheese to small pieces and melt.

  4. Gently spoon the sauce over the potatoes.
