Ingredients

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • butter to tast
  • 15 cl of beer

Preparation

  1. Peel an onion and cut it into small pieces. Brown them in a saucepan with a little butter.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into cubes, which will have been boiled (or steamed) beforehand.

  3. Put the cut potatoes in the pan. When the potatoes start to get hot, add the beer. When the volume of beer has decreased, mix it all together.
